The day of shipment is when estimated delivery times begin, and continue from the order date. Please use the delivery times as a reference only. They are contingent upon your order being accepted and approved.

Delivery Issues

• Incorrect Address: If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: Swister Decor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We will verify delivery to the specified address, the date of delivery, tracking details, and shipping carrier details upon request so that the customer can look into the matter further.
