Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be returned within 4 days of the delivery date.
  • Items need to be unused, in their original packaging, and in their original condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

      • Clearance or final sale items.

        Return Process

        • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email and instructions on how to return your item.
        • Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include all paperwork, parts, and accessories, and pickup will be arranged.
        • Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 4–7 business days.

            Return Shipping Costs

            • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective; in that case, Swister Decor will cover the return shipping costs.

                Partial Refunds

                Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for:

                • Any item that is damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition for reasons other than our fault.
                • Any item returned more than 4 days after delivery.

                  Exchanges
